Prediction Sunday: Ravens at Cincinnati Bengals

It’s Week 8, and the Baltimore Ravens find themselves in a Week 1 rematch against their AFC North rivals, the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Bengals took the first matchup 23-16 behind an A.J. Green tip-drill touchdown to give the Bengals the win. This time however, the Bengals will be without their star wide receiver, which obviously bodes well for the Ravens pass defense.

Last time out, Joe Flacco threw the ball a whopping 62 times, which of course is the standard formula for a Ravens loss. Expect a much more balanced attack against a Bengals defense that has given up 107 points over their last three games.

Eugene Monroe and Keleche Osemele return for the Ravens, so keep an eye on them for any rust and how they hold up against the Bengals front that registered seven quarterback hits and three sacks on Flacco.

The loss of A.J. Green obviously hurts Cincinnati, but I think the Bengals come out and play like their season is on the line. Unfortunately, I like the Bengals 24, Ravens 20. Hope I’m wrong.
