The Ravens (5-2) defeated the Cardinals (1-6) by a score of 30-27 this past Sunday. The Ravens needed the biggest comeback in team history to get the win.
The Cardinals ran out to a early 24-3 lead in Baltimore, using a punt return for a touchdown and 2 turnovers which gave the offense a short field, which lead to 2 more touchdowns.
The Ravens came out to start the 2nd half down 24-6 and the offense turned the switch on. Flacco quickly drove the Ravens down the field, which ended in a Ray Rice 1 yardtouchdown to cut the lead to 24-13. After another Ray Rice touchdown the Defense was able to force a turnoever which gave the Ravens the ball at the Cardinals 23 yard line. Later on that drive Ray Rice scored his 3rd rushing touchdown of the day to give the Ravens their first lead at 27 to 24. Later in the game Billy Cundiff was able to hit a game winning 26 yard field goal as time expired to give the Ravens the win.
The star for the Ravens was Anquan Boldin who had 7 catches for 145 yards. Ray Rice also had 99 total yards and 3 scores and Flacco threw for over 330 yards as the Ravens were able to rally for the victory.
